Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for overseeing service-center operations, including revenue, sales growth, budgeting, HR activities, training, and compliance. Lead technicians and sales team, mentor staff to meet goals, coordinate scheduling and service tickets, ensure customer service excellence, manage budgets and P&L, and report to Region VP. Requires strong conflict resolution and communication skills, ability to drive branch profitability, and adherence to company mission and values. Education: high school diploma or equivalency; college preferred. Must be able to work a 40-hour week, weekends/holidays as needed, and possess a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with internal applications/software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to pass state regulatory licensing/certification exams
- 40-hour work week
- Driver's license
- Meets driving standards
- Basic math skills
