Job Summary
Customer Service Manager to oversee day-to-day service center operations, lead a team of customer service specialists, drive P&L objectives, and support customers through pre-sale, point of sale, and post-sale activities. Role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, team motivation, inventory and vendor management, performance metrics, and collaboration with account managers to grow customer base. Requires strong administrative, project management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in an industrial distribution environment and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems. On-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL; US work authorization required; relocation benefits not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales or customer service leadership experience in an industrial atmosphere or parts counter
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn our ordering system
- Industrial sales / distribution experience, preferred
- Service center experience, preferred
- ERP / SAP experience, a plus
- Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not offered
