Job Summary
Coordinate all service calls and work orders required by the client while managing multiple Outlook mailboxes and various requests. Promptly respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and visitors, assisting with work tickets, meeting support inquiries, and package pick-ups and deliveries. Maintain the highest levels of customer care by demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, adhering to business procedure guidelines and safety processes. Complete all logs and reporting documentation, participate in cross training, and fulfill other tasks assigned by the Site Lead or Account Manager. Maintain confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials and remain adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer facing, professional environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Flexibility to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities
