Process payments, collect cash or authorized charges, and provide receipts for service repair orders. Inspect repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy, calculate labor, materials, taxes, and warranty charges, and reconcile documentation daily. Submit closed repair orders and invoices, return customer keys upon payment, and handle daily cash transactions. Answer service department calls, transfer appropriately, and take messages as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information while ensuring proper documentation per office policies.
