Job Summary
Lead service operations at events by maintaining a supervisory role, performing common tasks as needed, and jumping into any assignment to maximize efficiency and quality. Motivate service staff through mentoring, training, coaching, and constructive feedback while ensuring they follow the Service Manual and company policies. Plan ahead by dissecting event notes and assigning front-of-house teams, then check staff in and out via Nowsta and review time logs post-event. Collaborate with chefs and facility managers to complete venue closing checklists and lock-ups, while modeling appropriate behavior and acting as an ambassador for Butler's Pantry's core values.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to interact with people with ease, using highly developed interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Mature, independent judgment and ability to handle a fast pace, stress, and change in a professional manner
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with other departments

- Ability to handle a physically demanding position that may require standing for long periods of time and/or lifting heavy loads
