Job Summary
Develop and implement service delivery readiness plans for Image Guided Therapy product introductions, creating delivery instructions and customer-facing content. Align service portfolio strategies with business objectives to drive growth, while overseeing financial and operational performance metrics including order intake, retention rates, and deal margins. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to introduce new services and foster continuous improvement through productivity initiatives and regulatory compliance. Define requirements for end-to-end service chain enablers, including tooling and process enhancements, to ensure team readiness and customer satisfaction. Establish a strategic services plan incorporating future market trends to position the business for long-term success.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in Service function within healthtech
- Extensive experience in commercial execution in zone / region
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of Image Guided Therapy portfolio
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial strategy, strategic planning and data analytical skills
- For office-based teams, working in-person at least 3 days per week
- Regular commuting distance of Philips head office locations in that country
