Job Summary
Automotive Service Business Development Center Associate at North County Ford to handle inbound service calls, identify client needs, and schedule Service Department appointments. Responsibilities include receiving inbound sales calls and internet leads, placing outbound calls to potential leads, addressing client concerns prior to appointments (cost, warranty, duration), confirming appointments with clients, and post-visit follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of promotions and inventory, attend Service meetings, and strive to meet/exceed dealership objectives. Requires professionalism, strong communication, customer-service or telemarketing background, CRM familiarity, and ability to work under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive sales experience or relevant sales experience is required
- Call center experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability
- Computer literacy – developing proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM software
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written and positive interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reading and comprehension of instructions and information
