Job Summary
Seeking two full-time dependable and energetic Service Bookers responsible for creating and managing repair orders for internal, reconditioning, and select customer vehicles. This role emphasizes workflow efficiency, requiring strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, a minimum of 1 year of automotive dealership experience, and a basic understanding of repair orders. Preferred qualifications include experience with DealerTrack DMS and knowledge of relevant systems and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in an automotive dealership environment (Service, BDC, Admin, or Parts)
- Basic understanding of repair orders (ROs), op codes, and internal vs. customer pay types
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with accuracy
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DealerTrack DMS and/or Xtime
- Familiarity with Toyota TIS/OEM systems
- Recall lookup processes (NHTSA, OEM portals)
- Experience in used car reconditioning workflow
- Previous role as Service advisor assistant
- Warranty Clerk
- Service Admin/Dispatcher
