Job Summary
Install residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems, test and calibrate controls, and perform repairs including burner tuning and component replacements. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining accurate service records. Provide customer service by explaining issues and maintenance recommendations, working with pumps, expansion tanks, and piping. Monday through Friday schedule with potential on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics
- 4th year or Journeyperson Ticket
- Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
- Service Titan experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Comfortable with customer-facing service
- Class 5 driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- Motivation to produce high-quality work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience completing repairs
- Skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boiler systems
