Job Summary
Handle all incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails for the Service Departments. Confirm guest appointments and proactively call customers to schedule appointments for overdue maintenance or safety recalls. Maintain and update guest personal and vehicle information while working with customers in a professional manner. Log all interactions in BDC Tracker and XTime, following established scripts and guidelines. Meet and exceed daily phone call, appointment, and show ratio goals. Prior sales and customer service excellence in all tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent phone skills
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly
- Organized and good note taker
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- CDK and XTime knowledge a plus
