Manage and coordinate service appointments for Subaru clientele, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation. Handle scheduling issues or glitches with a keen eye for detail, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in an automotive retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling unexpected issues
