Job Summary
Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and online inquiries, schedule service appointments, and make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recalls, and follow-ups. Educate customers about Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options while working closely with Service Advisors and dealership staff. Maintain accurate customer and appointment records and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role offers Monday–Friday afternoon hours plus one Saturday rotation per month, with no automotive experience required as training is provided. College students are encouraged to apply for this position within Pugmire Automotive Group.
