Job Summary
Handle all incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails for the Service Departments. Confirm guest appointments, maintain and update vehicle information, and proactively contact customers regarding overdue maintenance and safety recalls. Meet and exceed phone call, appointment, and show ratio goals while logging all interactions in BDC Tracker and XTime. Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure professional, well-spoken communication. This role supports the Service Concierge Team at Preston Auto Group, an Automotive News Top 150 dealer group with 10 locations. Candidates must be organized, strong listeners, and team players. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent phone skills
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly
- Organized and good note taker
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- CDK and XTime knowledge a plus
