Service BDC Representative

Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries while scheduling and confirming service appointments. Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-ups to build strong customer relationships. Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently. Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
