Job Summary
Full-Time Service BDC Representative to welcome clients at the desk or on the phone, schedule service appointments, coordinate valet and delivery activities, make outbound reminder calls, assist clients with questions, and relay recalls/campaigns to appropriate personnel. Requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, and comfort using a multi-line phone system; organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Required Qualifications
- Automotive BDC experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Clear, professional communication skills—verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and dependable
- Familiarity with a multi-line phone system
- Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
