Service BDC Representative

Full-time Service BDC Representative in Bellamy Strickland's service department. Responsible for outbound calls, some inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and following up on recalls and maintenance opportunities. Must be comfortable on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage customer lists using Excel. Experience in a dealership/service, call center, or customer-service setting is helpful but not required, with training available.
