Job Summary
Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism while generating services appointments. Promptly enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM and conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience. Effectively utilize lead management tools to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis. This highly accountable position requires understanding all products and services offered, including inventory, financing, and incentive programs. Full-time Monday through Saturday availability with Sundays off.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission driven role
- Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone
- Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

- Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership
