Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service in the Premium Service Department by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining liquor controls. Execute timely, efficient, and accurate service of beverage orders across Bars, Suites, In-Seat, or Restaurant environments. Set up, maintain, and clean workstations while ensuring compliance with product handling, inventory policies, and established TIPS training. Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties, knowing other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the venue. Work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays at $16.90 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Ability to read, speak and write English Language
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- TIPS training
- Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy knowledge
