Service Bartender - Mystic Steakhouse

Prepare drink orders for servers according to approved recipes and procedures, operating the P.O.S. system to process F & B charges. Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and tips while observing responsible alcohol service guidelines to prohibit sales to underage or intoxicated guests. Set up and stock the bar prior to opening, maintain cleanliness, and assist food service personnel in organizing glassware and supplies. Count and balance inventory for bank, tobacco, and snack products, then attend staff meetings as required.
