Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting and serve them in a professional manner while practicing portion control. Handle all POS transactions ethically, including cash, meal plans, and CaterTrax orders, then accurately make change and reconcile the cash drawer after every meal. Bus tables, restock grab-and-go items, and maintain cleanliness using "clean as you go" techniques. Prepare the service line as instructed by management, ensuring proper garnishing and food quality standards. Communicate with kitchen staff to maintain adequate food supply and report any substandard items. Post signage, manage beverage and cereal dispensers, and ensure soda machines are properly iced. Maintain open communication with management regarding supplies and adhere to Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and uniform dress code.
