Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service by accurately and efficiently completing banking transactions, responding to customer requests, and offering solutions to meet current and future financial needs. Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM, ensure compliance and information security, and assist with opening/closing the banking center. Actively participate in a sales-driven environment by selling bank products and making customer referrals while understanding and promoting all bank offerings; participate in meetings and coaching sessions to support personal and branch goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience
