Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service by accurately and efficiently completing banking transactions, answering customer inquiries, and making referrals to meet current and future financial needs. Balance cash, vault, and ATM; ensure compliance and security procedures; assist with opening/closing the banking center; participate in a high-performing sales environment by selling bank products and providing product knowledge through referrals and team coaching. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 3 months of sales or cash handling experience.
