Job Summary
The Service Associate role focuses on providing quality service to guests in a retail grocery environment. Responsibilities include bagging groceries, providing carry-out service, retrieving shopping carts, emptying and cleaning bottle bins, and performing janitorial duties. The ideal candidate should be able to interact positively with customers, work independently, and maintain a clean and well-stocked environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
