Job Summary
Address account-level issues through inbound phone calls and execute client-directed trades across mutual funds, fixed income, and stocks. Handle transactions including ACH transfers, wire requests, and journal requests while managing diverse account types such as trusts and estates. Perform Mass Moves for transitioning or terminated financial advisors and proactively reach out to clients to address important matters. Collaborate with home office departments to resolve client account issues and ensure resolution and completion of tasks. Requires Series 7 and 63 licenses; remote work with less than 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years experience in the financial services industry
- Series 7 license
- Series 63 license
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam)
- Knowledge of Call center best practices
- Knowledge of Account types and industry operations in general
- Knowledge of Securities Trading
- Skill in Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
- Ability to Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Use effective oral and written communication skills sufficient enough to communicate and interact effectively with Home Office associates and their direct family members
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
