Job Summary

Conduct daily reconciliation activities to validate cash, asset, and book cost positions, resolving discrepancies and documenting findings in internal tracking systems. Perform monthly performance deviation analysis to identify variances, implement corrective actions, and recommend process enhancements that improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with operational teams to identify root causes of reconciliation variances and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and notes to support risk mitigation and operational excellence. Requires 1+ years of operations experience in Wealth Management or Banking, plus proficiency with AI tools for processing large data sets.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of operations, securities, Wealth Management or Banking industry experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with AI to process large data sets and improve complex processes
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Risk management mindset
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of Broadridge applications
  • Prior experience with reconciliation processes
  • Reporting and tracking capabilities using tools such as MS Excel (advanced formulas/pivot tables/macros)
