Job Summary
Greet and engage all customers while managing the in-store service hub to facilitate Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, process returns, and book appointments for various services. Embrace technology proficiency to operate handheld equipment and cash registers, and participate in merchandising and operational requirements. Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent use of computers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop and have color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
