Job Summary
Greet and engage all customers to create a seamless, fun shopping experience. Manage the in-store service hub by processing Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, handling easy returns, providing tourism information, and facilitating appointment bookings for various services. Embrace technology proficiency using handheld equipment, cash registers, and computers to process transactions. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements while adapting quickly to changing priorities. Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays. No experience required; high school diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
