Job Summary
Overnight Service Associate at EōS Fitness greets members and guests, provides information on gym services and memberships, addresses inquiries and concerns, checks in members using the gym management system, and ensures a welcoming, professional environment. Responsibilities include managing check-in alerts, maintaining a clean front desk, processing payments for memberships/classes/retail, following safety protocols, monitoring inventory of beverages and bar items, performing gym walks, trash/bathroom/locker checks, and supporting overall member experience while embodying the company's core values.
Required Qualifications
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work overnight hours – 10pm - 6am but may vary on business needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Move about gym floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
