Job Summary
Service Associate I combines duties of a Customer Service Representative and Teller at branch locations, handling deposits, loan applications and referrals while achieving individual sales and service goals; balanced mix of platform and teller responsibilities with emphasis on deposits, loan processing, cash handling, compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
- Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus
- Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must

- Ability to quickly learn all details about the bank's products and services
