Job Summary
As a Service Associate – Host, deliver a 5-Star guest experience in Shangri-La Toronto by greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and seating charts, and maintaining accurate guest records. Demonstrate hospitality with integrity and teamwork, anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve food/beverage quality or service concerns. Uphold brand standards, ensure safety and hygiene, coordinate with colleagues and managers, and contribute to a welcoming, luxury dining environment. Must have Smart Serve certification, be eligible to work in Canada, and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a similar capacity
- F&B service knowledge
- Current Smart Serve certification
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
