Job Summary
Simultaneously perform duties as a Customer Service Representative and Teller in traditional branch locations, balancing sales goals with transaction processing. Open deposit accounts, prepare and close loan applications across lending units, and proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow portfolios. Process deposits, cash checks, foreign currency transactions, and loan payments while verifying endorsements and filing government-mandated reports for large cash transactions. Adhere strictly to all bank policies and procedures regarding operational compliance and daily account maintenance. Requires ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi-task between the platform and teller line, and communicate accurately with customers. High school diploma required with 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
