Job Summary
Conduct dual duties as a hybrid customer service representative and teller in traditional branch locations, simultaneously managing sales goals and transaction processing. Open deposit accounts, prepare and close loan applications across various lending units, and process cash checks, foreign currency, and monetary instruments while adhering to strict bank policies. Proactively reach out to high-value customers via phone and in person to retain and grow portfolios, ensuring operational compliance and accurate record-keeping for all government-mandated reports. Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a mixture of time between the platform and teller line, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
