Job Summary
Conduct hybrid customer service and teller duties in traditional branch locations, simultaneously managing sales goals and transaction processing. Open deposit accounts, process loan applications for mortgage and small business units, and close loans for applicable business lines. Proactively reach out to high-value customers via phone and in person to retain and grow portfolios while handling daily account maintenance. Process deposits, verify cash and endorsements, issue receipts, and manage the sale of monetary instruments including official checks and foreign currency. Record loan payments and credit card cash advances, ensuring all government-mandated reports for large cash transactions are properly filed. Adhere strictly to bank policies and procedures throughout all operational and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to transport items weighing 15 pounds or more
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment
- Some banking experience
- Teller experience
