Job Summary
Service Assistant at Lucid Motors in Riviera Beach drives world-class customer experience, supports daily service operations including vehicle drops/picks, loaners, shop prep, PDI hand-over, and basic repairs; assists with vehicle moves, parts delivery, vehicle washing, and other service duties. Requires basic automotive knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to obtain forklift certification and CPR training post-hire; must have a valid driver’s license and be prepared to work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire
- Demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational efficiency in the workplace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
