Service Assistant

Coordinate checks sold from the kitchen, garnish food per spec, and communicate directly with the kitchen. Run food from the Expo area quickly to each table or the bar area while offering assistance to fans by clearing dishes, glassware, and offering beverage refills. Bus and clean tables and booths as needed, empty trash, spot sweep the restaurant, and restock the Expo area and supplies for shift changes. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies throughout the shift and complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists.
