Coordinate checks from the kitchen, garnish food per spec, and communicate errors or remakes efficiently. Run food from the Expo area to tables or the bar while offering assistance by clearing dishes, glassware, and refilling beverages. Bus and clean tables and booths, empty trash, spot sweep the restaurant, restock the Expo area, and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing. Assist bartenders with glass and dish restock, remove and replace bus tubs, and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies throughout the shift. Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in wall units along with weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. Perform other duties as needed per Coach request.
