Job Summary
Support day-to-day service center operations by providing world-class customer experience, coordinating vehicle logistics and transportation, and assisting with Pre-Delivery Inspection and handovers. Move and stage vehicles, deliver parts, and support technicians with basic repairs to ensure efficient shop execution. Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves and complete required post-hire training, including forklift certification and CPR. Work onsite in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
- Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver's license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire, demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational efficiency in the workplace
- Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire
- Must be able to support vehicle movement, service center activities, and flexible schedules that may include weekends or extended hours during busy periods
