Service Assistant

Greet customers in the service drive, assist the Service Advisor by coordinating with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, and document service for scheduling. May advise customers on necessary services, assist with moving vehicles, review documentation, process payments, and return keys for completed work. Maintain CSI at or above company standards, ensure a clean/safe work area, and support training and compliance with safety rules and company policies. Demonstrates core values (Servant Leadership, teamwork, integrity, customer focus) in a automotive dealership setting. Shift may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
