Job Summary
Assist service department throughout service process including VIN verification, moving vehicles as needed, and verifying service tickets/orders. Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person to ensure the customer is well-assisted. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
