Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment by ensuring production areas have adequate supplies of clean dishes and utensils. Anticipate coworker and guest needs to react before they are asked, while checking equipment temperatures constantly to ensure compliance and safety. Bus tables in the dining room when necessary to speed service, keep uniforms and welcome areas impeccably neat, and offer a sincere personal welcome to every guest. Inform management of slow-downs and the need for corrective action, working as a team to utilize systems for maximum efficiency. Be rush ready, maintain a constant state of urgency, and create an emotional attachment to the restaurant by helping guests create great memories.
Required Qualifications
- Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
- Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
- Must participate in company orientation and training.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time.
- Must know safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED preferred.
