Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment by ensuring production areas have adequate supplies of clean dishes and utensils. Anticipate coworker and guest needs to react before they are asked, while checking equipment temperatures constantly to ensure compliance and safety. Bus tables in the dining room when necessary to speed service, keep uniforms impeccable, and offer a sincere welcome to every guest. Inform management of slow-downs requiring corrective action and work as a team using established systems for maximum efficiency. Read, write, and communicate in English regarding job functions and safety regulations. Participate in company orientation and training, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods while following all instructions.
