Job Summary
Maintain sanitation of the restaurant interior and exterior, including washing dishes, bus tables, stocking clean dishes and ice, and assisting servers to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform deep cleaning duties (e.g., walk-in cooler/freezer, walls, sidewalks, dumpster area), keep dish station organized, replace light bulbs, and follow company standards and safety policies. Be courteous to guests and coworkers, seat and greet guests as needed, and embody Denny’s values. This role requires extensive standing, mobility to move heavy loads, and flexibility to work irregular hours in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must work well with others.
- Ability to move 30lbs.
- Job requires being on feet for extended periods of time.
- Must work in extreme temperatures (inside and outside).
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate work area.
- Must practice safe work habits.
- Must meet any health regulation pertaining to food handling.
