Job Summary
Clean and maintain the entire interior and exterior of the restaurant by bussing tables, washing dishes, and rotating and storing stock. Perform physical tasks including lifting 30 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching, wiping, and operating within the work area while working inside and outside. Observe and ensure health requirements for cleanliness are met, adhering to all state, county, and municipal regulations regarding food handling and health risk concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Candidate must be able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe and lift
- Candidate must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
- Candidate must work inside and outside
- Candidate must observe and ensure health requirements for cleanliness are met
- Candidate must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
