Job Summary
Service Assistant (Busser) required to support dining room, bar, and banquet areas with prompt, courteous service. Responsibilities include bussing and clearing tables, assisting Food Servers, stocking side stations with china, glassware, and dining-room supplies, answering the telephone professionally, setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, learning menu items and daily features, and up-selling food and drink items. Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality and/or restaurant experience preferred.
