Job Summary
Service Assistant at Lucid in Beverly Hills responsible for delivering world-class customer experience, coordinating vehicle movements (drops/picks, loaners, bodyshop trips, test charging), arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves, assisting with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, aiding technicians with basic shop repairs, and supporting the service team with moving, staging, and servicing vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
