Job Summary
Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro. The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and IT service mapping to ensure IT assets are effectively managed, tracked, and optimized while maintaining compliance and governance standards. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring asset and configuration processes comply with policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manage and track IT hardware and software assets using ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro
- Maintain and improve the accuracy and completeness of the ServiceNow CMDB
- Ensure IT asset and configuration processes comply with company policies and industry standards
