Job Summary
Craft quality customer experiences by providing efficient, effective service in the checkout lane to create a positive and lasting impact. Become knowledgeable on Meijer programs and promotions to best assist customers, use systems to complete transactions accurately, and handle cash and payments responsibly. Answer customer questions, help resolve concerns with care, and build trust that encourages returns while supporting other tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires working nights and weekends. You must be 18 years or older, comfortable learning technology, and able to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing for extended periods.
