Service Apprentice Technician

Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. As an apprentice, you work closely with a senior Technician in a field service environment, becoming a primary customer contact and developing the skills to work independently. The role involves independent work or small team collaboration, and acts as a technical resource for customers and the sales force. The position requires outdoor work, operating in heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with a pre-employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical required for driving a company vehicle.
