Service Apprentice, Technician

Assist Lead technicians with repairs and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment while accurately completing work orders, inspection forms, and capturing site photos for documentation. Maintain tools, equipment, and PPE to ensure readiness and compliance, following all safety protocols to contribute to a safe work environment. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site. Requires a clean, valid driver's license, strong mechanical aptitude, and comfort working at heights.
