Job Summary
Gather tools and supplies, measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, and trace short circuits in wiring. Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors while maintaining tools and equipment. Clean work areas, collect scrap materials, and secure or relocate tools and equipment to appropriate storage. Operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision of a Foreman or senior electrician. Mount and strap conduit and assist more senior personnel in electrical installations, connections, and terminations. Perform other project-related duties as instructed by the supervisor. Do not work on energized circuits or equipment. Requires current State Apprentice Electrician license, 2+ years recent electrical experience, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years recent experience
- Current State Apprentice Electricians License
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
